By accessing and using MyHairMagic.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
2. Description of Service
MyHairMagic.com is an AI-powered hairstyle visualization platform designed to help individuals explore different hairstyles through virtual try-on technology, face shape analysis, seasonal color analysis, and personalized recommendations.
3. Account Registration and Security
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. User Content and Conduct
Users agree to:
- Share only appropriate content
- Respect other users' privacy and rights
- Not share harmful or illegal content
- Not impersonate others
- Not use the service for commercial purposes without permission
5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Try-On Credits
MyHairMagic offers paid subscription plans that include a recurring allowance of AI try-on credits. Each credit allows one AI-powered virtual try-on transformation. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:
Credits Are a Recurring Allowance
- Credits are a recurring subscription benefit — not stored value, a gift card, or a deposit
- Your credit balance resets at the start of each billing period: weekly plans reset weekly, monthly plans reset monthly, and annual plans reset annually
- Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over, accumulate, or carry forward to the next period
- Credits have no cash or monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash
Billing and Automatic Renewal
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled
- Web subscriptions are billed by our payment processor (Stripe); subscriptions purchased in our mobile apps are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are also subject to their terms
- You may cancel at any time through your account settings, the billing portal, or your app store subscription settings
- If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and remaining credits stay usable until then; when the subscription ends, any remaining credits expire
- Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable; refunds for app store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies
Free Allowances and Plan Changes
- Complimentary or promotional try-ons (including the free tier) are provided at our discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time
- We may change plan pricing or credit allowances prospectively; changes take effect at your next renewal, and we will provide notice of material changes
6. Privacy and Data Protection
- We collect and use information as described in our Privacy Policy
- We comply with applicable data protection laws
- We implement reasonable security measures
7. Community Guidelines
Users must follow our Community Guidelines, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Intellectual Property
- The Service and its content are owned by MyHairMagic.com
- Users retain ownership of their content but grant us license to use it
- Users must respect intellectual property rights
9. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Terminate accounts for violations
- Modify or discontinue the service
- Remove content at our discretion
