Delete your MyHairMagic account

You can permanently delete your account and the personal data associated with it here. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.

Use the same email and password as your MyHairMagic app account.

Check what will be deleted and take care of any app-store subscription first.

Enter the confirmation phrase and submit your permanent deletion request.

What we delete

  • Your sign-in account, email address, and profile
  • Any saved selfie and saved hairstyle or wig previews
  • Wishlist items, color profile, quiz answers, and shareable color results
  • Try-on credits, subscription entitlements, and account activity linked to you
  • Support requests and feedback linked to your account

Limited records that may remain

  • Billing and transaction records kept by Stripe, Google Play, or Apple under their legal and financial retention rules
  • Records we are legally required to keep for tax, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution, only for the required period
  • Information that was already aggregated or de-identified and can no longer identify you

MyHairMagic account data is deleted when the request completes. Any limited third-party or legally required records follow the applicable provider or legal retention period and cannot be used to restore your account. See our Privacy Policy.

Check your subscription first

Google Play or Apple App Store: cancel any renewing subscription in your store subscription settings before deleting. Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel store billing, so the deletion request will pause if an active renewal is found.

Web via Stripe: the deletion process cancels your active web subscription before removing your account.
